It's this easy 2-3 chicken breasts, cut up 15 ml butter 1/2 pkg Acadian Chicken Fricot Spices 1.5 lt of water 2-3 potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks In a medium saucepan saute chicken in butter until browned slightly. Add water, Acadian Chicken Fricot spices & potatoes. Cover & allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Salt to taste. Add dumplings!
